The Mindfulness Revolution was founded by Dr Astrid Bernkopf as space to offer somatic movement, yoga and meditation in accessible ways. Astrid’s aim is to reach those afraid of yoga studios and support them in connecting with their bodies.

Deeply relax in the comfort of your home with this weekly 30 mins Yoga Nidra practice. Sessions held via Zoom include approx. 5 mins check in and settling and a 25 mins Yoga Nidra meditation. For more information, click on your preferred plan below.
Thursdays 20:30 - 21:00 UK time
Available Plans:
Pay as you go – £15 per session to give flexibility without commitment. Only available if class is not fully booked. You can cancel up to 24hrs prior to the class. After that no refunds are possible.
Monthly Subscription – £60 per month to secure your spot in the class and receive access to replays of weekly meditations to either catch up or add another meditation into your week.
